Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using AI Caption Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

AI Caption Studio is an AI-powered mobile application that generates social media captions from your images. The service includes: • Image analysis using AI vision models • Caption generation in multiple styles (funny, emotional, stylish, inspirational, romantic) • Multi-language support (English, Bengali, Hindi) • Caption length customization (short, medium, detailed) • Caption history and favorites management • Template library with curated captions • Facebook-optimized caption generation

To use AI Caption Studio, you must create an account using: • Email and password registration, or • Google Sign-In You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

You agree to use AI Caption Studio only for lawful purposes. You must NOT: • Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or explicit content • Use the service to generate captions that promote hate, violence, or discrimination • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the application • Use automated tools or bots to access the service • Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions • Resell or redistribute the service without permission • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

Captions generated by AI Caption Studio are created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. • You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing captions before posting on social media • AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated captions • You retain ownership of captions generated from your images • We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated captions

By uploading images to AI Caption Studio, you represent that: • You own the image or have the right to use it • The image does not infringe on any third-party rights • You consent to the image being processed by AI for caption generation Images are processed temporarily and are not stored on our servers. You retain all rights to your uploaded images.

AI Caption Studio relies on third-party AI services (OpenRouter) and infrastructure (Supabase, Firebase). We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability • Specific response times for caption generation • Availability of AI models or API services • Compatibility with all devices or platforms We may impose rate limits or usage quotas to ensure fair access for all users. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

The AI Caption Studio app, including its design, code, graphics, and AI models integration, is the intellectual property of AN Studios. The template library captions are curated content provided for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination: • Your access to the app will be revoked • Your caption history may be deleted • You may request export of your data before termination You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.anstudios.dev@gmail.com.
